Menopause, the very word that sends a woman shivers
brings along not just a stop to the menstruation, but tends cause
ripples in the stable life that she leads.
Many of us are not
very aware with the word Menopause. We either tend to brush it off or
ignore by simply saying when the time will come we shall see. But it
is very important to prepare us for the near fatality, which lies

including a healthy diet and regular exercise is all that is required
to balance their emotions and physical health. Daily regular exercise
helps to raise the estrogen levels at a high peak. It elevates feel
good factor inside the body making it bubbling with energy.
