But you need the maximum care to nurture yourself too then same way as you would to your little one.   • Good food lead to healthy mother and baby: This is probably the worst time to go on a diet since you are eating for two or three instead of one. You would require filling in 300 calories everyday to remain healthy. A thin woman might need more calories. It is important to have calorie intake through nutritious food and not junk food.
